When not on the beach enjoy views of the ocean, and bay. Bose Sound system in great room. Easy access from covered parking area via elevator. Large private pier that allows you to fish with out a license needed. Located next to the Rt 50 draw bridge and a short 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk, the location cannot be beat.

This spacious 1800 sf. condo was new in 2009, fully furnished. This is a beautiful building in downtown location with private off street parking. This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Luxury features galore! The gourmet kitchen offers Stainless GE Profile Appliances including: large side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door, dishwasher. Fully equipped with coffee maker, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and cutlery. The utility closet has full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes, ironing board and iron. The spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the bay, Rt 50 Bridge, West Ocean City and Assateague Island. Use of the private pier for fishing is included. Casino is a short drive away.

Huge Master Bedroom Suite: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all! It features a ceramic master bath with jetted tub and separate shower, double sink vanity. Equipped with a hair dryer. 8' tall large sliding glass doors provide stunning views of the bay. There is a large chair to allow you to drink in the view, read, or view the TV. Great place to retire and relax from the days activities!

Amazing Property

We rented for three nights and had an absolutely amazing time. The place was extremely clean and had the feeling of home without being overdone. Ownership and management was amazing and responded to all our request and questions immediately. We will definitely be renting this place again.

First Time Family Vacation in Ocean City!

The property was overall exceptional. The ironing board was a bit wobbly and the coffee pot leaked, but other than that, the property was clean and the views of the bay from the balcony was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was wonderful! Would love to come back next year!

We arrived at check in time and everything was exactly as we were told. Our parking spot was easy to find, in the shade. The condo was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures and the description. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the boats on the bay. I do enjoy making breakfast and it was nice that there was salt/pepper, cooking spray and some other cooking items. The OC Market was just a few blocks away so we got what we need there. Easy to walk to lots of great spots! We will be back again!

Wonderful Place

My adult children selected this condo. I have never stayed bayside but they convinced me. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the location, condition of the unit and gorgeous views. Itā€™s in a quiet location that was great for morning coffee on the patio. Yet close enough to walk to the beach and enjoy the boardwalk. This unit has easy access, was safe for my grandchildren and spacious enough for 5 adults. It had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The responsiveness of property management was great. This is a beautiful unit in a convenient and beautiful location. Iā€™m convinced - bayside is beautiful! Will definitely seek to stay here again. MMS

Beautiful Views and a Great Location

This bayfront condo was perfect for our family's needs. It was great to sit on the spacious balcony and watch the boats. The inside was spacious and well stocked. The bayfront location provided peace and serenity but it was only a two block walk to the boardwalk action. I highly recommend this condo for a family or group vacation.

Great space for the whole family

We had a lovely long weekend with our family of 6 with plenty of space to stretch out and not feel on top of each other. The porch overlooking the bay was fantastic and I could spend all day just watching OC go by. Great location and easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Bay Side Beauty

We were beyond satisfied with this rental. I had never stayed on the bay and will never not stay on the bay ever again at ocean city. It was amazing we watched dolphins every morning. The tiki bar below we ate and drank. The docks the kids fished at night. The walk to the boardwalk literally 3 min and your at jolly Rodger. Parking garage is perfect. Note only get two spaces. We parked the third across the bridge at a park and ride. We had electric scooters which were a blast and took them across bridge to retrieve the third car. Inside the condo was so spacious and so well payed out. Master w a balcony a huge closet and bath. The kitchen was my moms favorite part as she loves to cook. 3 full baths also a huge bonus. Stocked cabinets w a home feel being they donā€™t strip stuff down. A lot of short term rentals take everything out. It is nice to use spices and leave spices and home essentials like foil etc. we will be back next summer and ready to book again.

Great few days away

The property was just as great as pictured and described. Super convenient to the beach but also gives you the beautiful bay view. The boats coming in and out while the sun was setting was perfect.
