Our Place at Beach 206I is a bay side retreat that you and your guests will love! This condo just about everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is nicely furnished and spacious, offers Streaming TV thru Roku only and only a few blocks to the beach. It also has a screen porch where you can relax and enjoy the quiet wooded area that the property overlooks. This condo also has a well appointed kitchen equipped for you to cook and eat meals. This property has streaming TV through Roku. FOB for Pool ($50 if lost) NO towels on railing please.
The complex has one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City. The location is walking distance to the beach, plus it's close to churches, a number of great restaurants, and two grocery stores. The condo can sleep a family of 6 and rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 nights off season. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. No Smoking or vaping in unit. No Pets Please.
