The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful retro Ocean City feel providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This ground level one bedroom, one bath unit can sleep a family of four with a king in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free upgraded high speed WiFi, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! This unit permits up to 2 dogs, 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Property rents any 3 nights all season!

Cozy Comfort

What a cute and cozy place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo.It felt roomy with a great use of space and all the comforts of home. The only con was that the sofa bed was not usable but thankfully we brought an air matress. The king size bed could use a mattress topper since a few springs are protruding a bit. The beach access was right on the property which was wonderful.

Good property nice access

Good property with nice access to local amenities. Would have liked a covering for the bathroom window on the first floor. In this day and time no telling who could be watching in a very private personal moment, for you and your children. Ending up bringing extra comforter which took up way more space when traveling, which made it tight and a bit uncomfortable Please clarify so that guest are not bringing extra things in an already fully loaded vehicle.

Great Location!

The location was perfect for our family of 4 with two young children! You can see the ocean through the dunes and the courtyard area is so clean and well kept! The bathroom and bedroom in the condo are great spaces and have been updated beautifully (especially the bathroom). The kitchen and living areas need a little TLC, but it was all very clean! The air conditioner is loud (seems common for many buildings in the area) but for us this was a benefit as it acted as a white noise buffer for our kids. We did drive to the boardwalk when we went, but that was super easy! Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable get away for us! Thank you!

Perfect Beach getaway

Everything was satisfactory and even a bit beyond expected. The facility was in good order, clean, and well stocked. I would recommend this unit for a couple that just wants to stay at the beach and minimize contact with others. I don't think we got back in our vehicle at all once we checked-in. We brought all our own food and found the tiny kitchen adequate to cook our prepared foods.

Our stay

Overall, great place, great time. Very convenient to food and fun. Steps from the beach. The only issue would have been to ppl above us banging, running and moving furniture around all day and night. Otherwise we had a great time.

The unit is great and it looks exactly like the pictures. However there is no reason why check-in isn’t until 3pm but check out is at 10am.

Great location on the beach

This property was a great location directly on the beach. The unit is on the first floor of the building with outdoor access, so no enclosed hallway. The unit was clean upon entering, and the toilet had a sticker stating it had been sanitized. The unit is exactly as pictured on VRBO with the exception of the bedroom which actually has a king sized bed. The bed in the photo appears smaller than a king and the description did not specify bed size. So we were pleasantly surprised with a king size. The biggest downsize to this unit is that the bed came with absolutely no blanket or bedding. The listing stated that linens and towels were provided, which they were, but we made the assumption that meant there would be a comforter or blanket for the bed as well. The kitchen also only had exactly 3 forks. There were plenty of knives, spoons, plates, cups, etc, but when we went this past weekend there were only 3 forks. So, as long as you make sure to bring your own king sized comforter and some additional forks, this place is a great spot to stay at. There also were no shot glasses so be sure to bring your own or those as well. We also wished there was a longer check-in window- you only have from 3pm until 5pm when the office closes. Check out is at 10am. The private courtyard also was great and has 3 grills, a cornhole set, and about ~15 pool lounger chairs. There is also a shower to rinse feet before leaving the courtyard area. Overall giving 4 stars and we would definitely recommend and will likely be coming back!
