The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful oceanfront Ocean City feel while providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This ground-level, two-bedroom, one-bath unit can sleep a family of six with a king in the 1st bedroom and two full sizes in the 2nd bedroom. A one-of-a-kind vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated to offer the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. This condo is the closest one to the beach. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. This property rents any 3 nights year round. Non Smoking/Non Vaping. No Pets. This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 21.

This condo is beautifully remodeld and decorated and we found the king size bed very comfortable. My only issue was that when you walk in, it has a very musty smell. Which really caught us off guard because it is beautiful.

As advertised. Location was good. Unit was good. Easy access to everything. Only thing missing is a pool. But because of the weather, rain for 3 days, it didn't matter.

Loved everything about the place. The decor was adorable. The place had everything you could need. The location was perfect for little kid, walking distance to beach. We loved the courtyard and getting to hang out and meet new people. The air conditioning units were very loud and woke the kids up the first few nights because they were constantly turning off and on. Was noisy at night from people walking by and partying in the courtyard. The little ones woke up numerous times from noise. Would definitely stay again!

Great time!

We stayed for a long girls weekend and had a great time. The property was clean and so close to the beach. We had an amazing time! Check in and out were super easy and there was ample street parking in addition to the spot that comes with the unit. Looking forward to another trip to the jammer!

This place was incredible! And it has been updated - regular ceiling now, newly painted, and beautiful! Oceanfront as well in the living room. Wonderful amenities in the sand “court” like corn hole and bbq’s (bring your own charcoal, clean it yourself, etc.) Bring your own garbage bags, toiletries, washing machine detergent, dishwashing liquid, and sponge. The towels you are given at the beginning of the trip are all you get so either bring your own or wash them free in their laundry room between 9 am and 5 pm. 3 washers and 3 dryers. Also maybe bring a drying rack for your towels. Would definitely stay there again, unit 100 was gorgeous!

Condo was fantastic and steps to the beach, walk over the dune and you are there! I wished we had our own washer and dryer in the unit but otherwise very well stocked with all our kitchen needs! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place steps from the beach. Ample room but bathroom is small. Nice amenities at the property such as grills and picnic tables, corn hole, etc… parking spaces are quite narrow which made me nervous someone would slam their door open into mine. But overall a nice place and I would stay here again.

No frills, but perfect for young family at the beach

I’ve been going to ocean city for my entire life and I have never enjoyed such an easy, classic trip to the beach. The place was literally *steps from the beach (it’s true!), which was perfect for my 2 year old when she had to use the restroom or needed a nap. I was also 8 months pregnant, so it was easy to get out of the sun or fill up my water bottle every 30 min or so. We didn’t have to worry about schlepping our entire lives to the beach since we were so close, we could just make multiple trips. The place was clean enough to be comfortable, although sandy and some flies, but given its location I thought the property management did a great job. If you don’t plan on a luxurious trip and plan to spend most of your time in the sun and sand, this is perfect. Parking is iffy, but manageable.

Horrible Experience-Not as Described

Property was not safe. I was accosted in the parking lot over parking- man threatened me. No security to ensure cars without parking tags were in lot. Room dirty, sand still in bathroom. When escalated, I received email that said basically-yes parking is an issue-sorry someone scared you-enjoy the beach. This was by far the worst experience and I asked for a refund and was told NO,

Location, Location, Location!

This was honestly one of the best stays we have had in OCMD in terms of location. The beach was literally right outside our door. Also perfect if you are traveling with teens or older twenty somethings as the OC bus stop is right at the end of the street from this property. For $3 you can get a ticket that lasts all day. Was perfect for our two older teens who wanted to go to the boardwalk, not something we enjoy. The condo itself was adorable, with updated furnishings and decor. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Only thing you might want to bring is a large steamer pot if you plan on steaming shrimp or crabs or corn on the cob. The other thing we loved about this property was the sand patio. We literally spent the entire weekend in our bare feet. It was awesome! I honestly think this particular unit is one of the best in the Windjammer. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for our mini vacation!

Everything was great! Check-in and check out process was simple. Amenities were clean and well-provided. There was enough space for everyone and we had no complaints! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and it was great to just be able to walk right onto the beach! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone coming to Ocean City!

Beautiful condo - well equipped!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and came well equipped. Everything that was needed, was supplied. The condo was also in the perfect location - walking distance to the beach. The only issue we had was with the wifi (we were unable to connect) but when we called the office they were able to provide us with a alternative wifi login/pw that worked just fine. I would definitely book this condo again and I have already recommended it to friends/family!

Great family vacation rental!

My husband and I rented this condo for our first family trip to Ocean City with our two kids, and it was our first time renting a vacation property. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable décor of the condo and the location was excellent! It was great being just steps off the beach when we are hauling beach toys, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, cooler, etc. The property was well stocked with all needed dishes, cutlery, towels and even beach chairs and a beach umbrella! There is also free laundry room on site. The "sand patio" at the property is great for small kids to play in the sand and you can easily monitor them from the condo. We also used the grill on the property and sat at the picnic tables one night for a beach style seafood picnic dinner. Would definitely recommend this property, and we will likely return!
