Guest must check in at the Resort. Age requirement verified at check in. This unit is not managed by the Resort, so all requests for assistance must be through Bluvistas management. Charges to the room are not permitted, although you can bring food from the restaurant and bar to the room yourself. No smoking in the unit or in the building. Pets are not allowed. Linens are provided by Bluvistas, sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases, 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths and 6 beach/pool towels. If our rate is not lower, we will beat the posted rates from the Princess Royal's Website on our direct site by 5% for comparable unit. For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
