* This condo is on the 1st floor. Ahoy is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 137th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
