Suitably equipped for a few nights or a full week's stay, the condo offers a comfortable living room with mounted big screen TV, full kitchen for meal prep and service, and a both a full and a half bath for convenience. This condo provides cable and wifi to keep you connected during your stay, plus a washer and dryer in the unit. The 62nd Street location is smack dab in the middle of the island, right across from the Route 90 bridge, and is close to Dead Freddies, Denny's, Fager's Island and more. Note the condo is a 3rd floor walk-up. This property rents mini weeks or full weeks starting on Thursdays or Sundays in season and any three nights in the off season. Accommodating up to four guests, the bed sizes include a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sleep sofa in the living room.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
