There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Marigot Beach is an elevator building.
* This condo provides 2 premier parking spots- one is under cover and one is near the elevator.
* EV parking lot directly across the street from the building.
* The indoor pool and hot tub are open year round.
* Beachfront building.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
