Brand new for 2023 both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The unit also features a recently updated full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room area, and living room with fireplace and TV and huge deck overlooking the canal with views to the bay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a TV and ceiling fan and access to a balcony with views of the bay. The second bedroom has an adorable boat bunk bed and a pillowtop single bed with a ceiling fan and plenty of windows. This unit also has a queen fold-out couch on the first floor. Sleeps 7-8 comfortably.

Please provide your own linens, towels, and blankets for your stay or you can rent them from PMI rentals at 1-800-320-7469. Free high-speed internet and Roku included.

1) Please take notice of the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to the terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.

2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.

3) This is a 2 story townhouse, 1st-floor access with steps. WATER FRONT. 2 parking spaces only, additional street parking is available.

4) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check in.
