Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, sleeping up to 4 guests.
Bedroom 3: Three queen beds, sleeping up to 6 guests.
Bedroom 4: One full-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeping up to 7 guests.
The listed bed configurations provide sleeping space for up to 23 guests. Please note that the property's permitted occupancy may be lower, as special restrictions apply to certain reservations.

Important Rental Information & House Rules
Occupancy and Age Requirements
The property is advertised with sleeping arrangements for large groups; however, special restrictions apply to Senior Week reservations and groups in which all occupants are under 25 years of age.

These qualifying groups are limited to a maximum of 12 guests and require prior approval from the homeowner. An additional $119 non-refundable renter's insurance fee, along with the standard $500 security deposit, is required for these reservations.

Please contact the homeowner for approval before booking if these requirements apply to your group.

Starter Supplies
We provide an initial supply of basic household essentials:

Approximately one roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels per stay
Three dishwasher pods per stay
Three laundry detergent pods per stay
These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Please bring additional supplies as needed.

Noise and Parties
No loud parties or disruptive noise are permitted. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents may result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit or payment for unused rental nights, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Please respect the neighbors and community rules throughout your stay.

Grilling and Open Flames
In accordance with applicable Ocean City fire regulations and property restrictions, grilling and open flames are prohibited within 20 feet of the development. Please observe all posted fire-safety requirements.
