Trying to be fair and honest, so, if you're reading, that is where I'm coming from... We were grateful to find a place that was walking distance from the inlet area, but if I'm being honest, it's not a place I'd stay again, unless it was absolutely the last place available. The room was not cleaned well, including the bathroom, the window in the bathroom was an old slatted louvered glass panel type that didn't actually close, so it allowed a lot of noise and heat through. We kept the door to the restroom pulled closed to keep the heat in the bathroom and muffle the noise, but it didn't really help with the noise as much as hoped for. While there were clearly "upgrades" done to the bathroom there was no toilet paper holder, nor hooks or towel rings for the towels in the bathroom (Not even for the hand towels). It was not really what we expected since we paid more than $200 a night for the room. It's a little misleading when you read other reviews and see some of the photos, and their star rating shocks me. I was expecting that this was a nice, clean, well appointed, but possibly small room. I'd say that is 1.5/3 true. There was a nice sized mini fridge, a flat screen tv (though a deduction for the remote sleep timer not working) and as mentioned some "upgrades" to the bathroom area. The room was small as expected. But, the rest, well... for me, not as expected. Maybe not every room was like ours? It seemed pointless to ask once I saw the bathroom, honestly.
