Guests are provided TWO COMPLIMENTARY PARKING SPACES. Sunset Beach is located right in the heart of Ocean City on 46th street. Everything you could need is within walking distance, especially the beach!!! Just a couple streets away guests can visit Secrets grill, Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and much more! For additional parking guests can park curbside up and down Ocean City, or in the 24/7 pay to park municipal lot on 100th street! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline as well!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
