Bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full/twin, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry is equipped with full washer, dryer, iron, and iron board.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. Order of a linen package (sheet and 2 pillowcases for each bed, and towel set for the number of guests) is available for a fee; the package will be delivered/picked up upon guests’ arrival/departure.

- Primary renters must be 25 or older, home address and government ID are required for age verification and for the completion of the rental agreement.
- 7-night stay, SAT-SAT, is required during peak season (Memorial Day weekend – mid September).
- $138 for 2 parking passes due at check-in, pay to Gateway Grand Management. An additional parking pass, $50, can be purchased at check-in.
- Check-in / check-out: 3:00 pm / 10:00 am. Late check-in (after 5:00 pm) can be arranged; No late check-out.
- NO SMOKING (except for designated areas in the building), NO PET allowed. No partying in the unit.
