This spacious bi-level condo features two oceanfront balconies with panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean—perfect for sunrises and sea breezes.


The first level offers a bright and open living area with coastal decor, flat screen TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect setup for family meals. A full bathroom and the first bedroom—furnished with a twin bed and twin pull-out—are also located on this level.


Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom, and its own oceanfront balcony. The second upstairs bedroom features a king-size bed, while the third is a fun bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and an additional twin bunk—perfect for kids or groups. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs.


This penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, making it an excellent choice for large families or groups looking for a premium beachfront experience.


Building Amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, game room, movie theater, three tennis courts, basketball court, playground, fitness center, elevators, outdoor foot shower, and on-site security.


Parking: Sea Watch features a five-story covered parking garage. Entry clearance height is 7 feet. A vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle is required from May 1 through September 30 and is paid directly to the building upon check-in. Additional spaces may be available for purchase based on availability.
