Impeccably Renovated Beach Block Condo

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This fabulous unit brings a relaxing country chic style to the beach! This unit features interesting "wood" accent walls in each room and creates a unique charm to the unit. There is hardwood style flooring throughout. You will love the huge wrap around sofa that gives everyone plenty of room to stretch out. A bar style table behind the couch can substitute as a desk or computer table and is the perfect place to get some work done but still be with the family. The living room has a huge flat screen TV and there are TVs in both bedrooms. There is also wireless internet. The kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. The bathroom has been updated and has a new sink, fixtures and the shower has beautiful marble walls. There is a locked closet downstairs that is available to guests for storing your beach gear too!

In addition, to all the great updates listed above, this unit is less than a block away from the beach and is strategically located on 68th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer weather you head north or south. If you don't want to go too far, you will be close to fabulous dining options such as Dead Freddie's, Touch of Italy, Longboard Cafe and Rosenfeld's Deli to name a few. The kids will love being in walking distance to miniature golf, paddle boards and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator here.
* There is one covered parking spot and additional open parking on side streets.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 68th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Parking is continently located next to stairs. Upon entering the condo- lighting was very dim, living room ceiling fan didnā€™t work. And no portable fan/ ceiling fan in bedrooms. Gets very hot. The master bed is very hot and uncomfortable had a dip in the middle. The room could use a mattress. The tv in master also wouldnā€™t connect to the internet kept giving us a ā€œwe are experiencing a problem connecting ā€œ no washer/ dryer in the unit. Pictures make the place appear larger than reality. Shower curtain is to short so the floor gets really wet, and the shower bottom is very slippery. Place was clean. I did have a belonging fall behind the night stand and there was a lot of dust but the main floors were clean.

This space was perfect for our two couples & two year old. Every aspect was renovated and clean. Having the outdoor storage to put your beach items in makes this place perfectā€¦no sand in your car! The use of the electronic lock instead of a key also makes check in, check out, and everyday a lot easier. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely recommend if vacationing with your family and would love to book this place again!

This was our first time visiting Ocean City, MD. This rental was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals during our stay. Everything is updated and super cute. The location was perfect too. You could walk right out to the beach, easily walk to restaurants/shops/ice cream, etc. I loved the reserved parking spot. It was a little tight for our Tahoe but we made it work. It was much better than having to searching for a parking spot at a big hotel parking lot. The only downfall I had (and itā€™s not a huge downfall- just more of a personal preference) was there was no washer and dryer. We would most definitely stay at this rental again if we went back to Ocean City!

The property was so cute and just as the listing says. We really enjoyed it and will be booking again! The only thing was if your in a larger vehicle you will have trouble parking in the reserved spot. But loved everything about it!!

This was a great place to stay for a fun weekend at the beach for a wedding. The condo was clean and adorably decorated in a great location to everything ocean city has to offer. Really only criticism would be that there were not linens or towels and a fairly extensive list of rules/ check out process. Would absolutely recommend this for your next getaway!

Property was great for family. Clean and enough room for the four of us. Short walk to beach, which was nice. Storage facility for beach equipment. A few places walking distance, Sweet Frogs available for late night treat. One dedicated parking spot, a little tight but off street available.

We were thoroughly impressed with the property, location, cleanliness and overall stay. Our property manager was very easy to contact and available to assist us. The property location is great. We walked to restaurants and really appreciated the closeness to the beach. This made for easy lunch breaks at the condo and bathroom trips while spending the day at the beach. Condo was overall clean and kitchen had all the basic necessities. Only less than perfect feedback was about the bedding. Pillow cases matching the double bed comforters were clearly not fresh, with old kid stickers visible on them. We swapped them out the the fresh linens provided. This worked about well with only 4 of us staying. If we had 6 we would have been short on pillow cases. Definitely would return in the future.

What a great spot to stay for a family with 2 younger (8 and 10) kids. The location made beach access very accessible, and more importantly easy to get back to for meal and bathroom breaks. Traveling with 2 smaller children this was a huge win. The downstairs storage room was HUGE and allowed us to keep all of our "sandy" items accessible for beach time with out having them be anywhere sear our non sandy living area. This was also right next too the outdoor shower/ wash off area. Which once again allowed us to make sure that we weren't bringing unneeded sand back into living space. The out side balcony met the need for some break away out door space at night but not a spot if you are expecting a view. The parking spot is covered which is nice but is very tight and can not accommodate large vehicles. street parking is limited. however with how easy it was to walk to everything around us we didn't need to use or move our car once we had it parked. The inside was very clean and updated, with that Beech feel. it defiantly felt new. The only draw back in the living space was there is a lack of seating for meals. It was suitable for our family of four but if you had 6 adults and were planning to cook your meals seating would be tight. Overall we were very happy with the rental and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Unit was wonderfully kept and redone. It was welcoming and very clean. Second bedroom change to two separate full beds (vs. bunk beds) worked amazing for our group. Short walk to beach. Rental office very quick to respond to calls. Only downside is if youā€™re sensitive to noise/light sleeper we could hear the upstairs neighbors (they had children) - obviously nothing to be done about that just an FYI! Close to many restaurants, shops and bus stop. We will definitely stay again!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in July. Condo is beautifully decorated with beachy, cozy, modern decor. The parking spot was only one flight down and right next to the stairs. Safe security system in place. Only negative is the AC unit is in the closet in the main bedroom and can be loud. After running it expels a loud hissing sound for quite awhile. Overall gorgeous condo , very close to the ocean.

We absolutely loved this place. It was close to the beach and out of the busyness of the boardwalk, but in walking distance of a lot of shops/restaurants. It was updated with new decor and very clean. Also had a ton of small features that offered a lot of conveniences like hooks in every room, laundry baskets and a storage space for your beach stuff. We will definitely be renting again.

My wife and I along with our 1.5 year old and mother in-law enjoyed this property and the location it is in. A close walk to shops and restaurants and about a minute walk to the beach. The property manager is very responsive and provides answers to all inquiries in a timely fashion. This property is an amazing spot for small families who enjoy a quiet surrounding that is right off the beach.
