Georgetown By the Sea #304 in Ocean City MD, with amazing bayfront sunset!

Fantastic bayfront view from the main living area and the master bedroom. From the expansive balcony, lounge and watch the amazing sunsets in Ocean City! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath third floor condo has a washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi and 3 TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The master BR and second BR have queen size beds, and the living room has a queen size pull-out sleep sofa. The condo is less than a mile to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach.

Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Guest will need to bring sheets (queen size beds and sleep sofa), pillow cases and towels; toilet paper, bathroom soap and paper towels.

No rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets.

No parties or event gathering.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
