The Dining Room table seats 8, and there are 4 additional high-top chairs at the bar - perfect for family meal gatherings. All 4 Bedrooms have direct access to the Bay Patio. The owner supplies linens (sheets and towels) for your stay and also the use of their storage locker to store your beach items.
The Gateway Grand features indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, a fitness room, and secure garage parking with a 7-foot garage clearance. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days. Units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off-season. The Gateway Grand charges a $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with the reservation. Non-smoking/vaping building except in designated areas. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit rentals to guests under the age of 25.
