Sunset Island 7 is a luxury bay side townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhouse has a balcony overlooking the picturesque bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 7 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The bright, nicely furnished living room has a leather sofa, love seat, two chairs a television. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Just past the kitchen is a large dining area, so the whole family can enjoy a meal together. Also off the kitchen is the half-bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find four of the bedrooms. Most of these bedrooms are a child's dream! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a television. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a television. The fourth bedroom is a loft and has a pyramid bed, a television and sitting area along with a private bathroom. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway. The bottom-floor den doubles as the fifth bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth full bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!

Sunset Island 7 Amenities: central air conditioning, three parking spaces, garage, five TVs, four DVD players, WiFi, Cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and dishwasher.

Sunset Island Amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, and clubhouse. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $70 at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Paint me

Overall property was nice, definitely needs a fresh coat of paint. Bedrooms were small. Room with 2 single beds 1 was an unsafe roll away (Never used it) bought air mattress instead. 2 Queen rooms were very small. Loft was nice as was Master king room.

Needs some attention

Great location, loved the amenities on the complex. The unit needed the carpets cleaned and the walls painted. Evidence of lots of rough use. Also bedding wasn't great. Decent pillows go along way towards a good nights sleep. Still had a good trip but wouldn't rent it again.

Upon arrival the place was so dusty with 2 inch thick of dust on pictures and railing of stairs think they need to hire a new cleaning crew. The master bath shower door handle is broke and curtains in bathroom needs blinds Entire place needs painting Plumbing fixtures need up dating or repaired. And the floors squeak all over. Someone should write a letter of what renters need to do in order to get into pool as well as beach. Also include rules about umbrellas and canopy’s The upstairs bedrooms air flow needs to be adjusted. Kids froze in the room 4th floor bedroom was always hot very poor insulation. Beds need updating as they all squeak

Always happy when we used you, excellent location! Property not listed properly, third floor sliding doors were broken huge safety hazard, carpets dirty, walls & furniture worn & dirty, every surface had to be cleaned, blood on a pillow, dirty clothes in closet from recent renter, air conditioner did not work in one of the bedrooms, should be some sort of refund

We got the text to check-in and picked up the keys. We arrived to find the cleanup crew still cleaning up. No worries, we took a walk and came back. The unit was "clean" and smelled of cleaner which was fine. As we moved in we found food under / behind the furniture. Again not a big breaker but for the money we spent, we'd expect a bit more. The condition of the property reminds of a foreclosure purchase with the goal of getting income as soon as possible. I took pictures of every room / furniture as there is quite a bit of wall damage / dirt / scratch marks. The furniture as the other review stated is very dirty and old. One of the kitchen chairs was broken and unusable. There were tears in screens, carpet stains, bath towel rod pulled of the wall, and so on. Just a general lived in, unimproved unit. Sort of disappointing. The bed on the first floor is a pullout. However, there are missing springs in the bed so you have to use the 2 small tables to hold up the mattress. Also, there is no seat cushion - there are 4 pillows instead covered by a blanket. We had to use this room and made it work, but really, this was not acceptable. The location is great although no real bay views. The canal is pretty and quiet. There is no porch cover on the deck so the afternoon sun is too hot to sit outside till the sun drops a bit. It is around the corner from the store, so that was good. We had a good week and the unit met our needs but really this is not the Sunset Island quality I've been used to. I hope the owners / managers update the interior and give the customers what they pay for and expect. I don't expect a rebuttal per se, but in case further information is needed, I have pictures of every room. Also - I may get asked why I didn't call to get things fixed. I'm on vacation - I'm not waiting around for busy contractors to show up, I have things to do. These things should be right when I get there.

First time experience

The place was beautifully decorated with a spacious kitchen. The kitchen did lack cooking supplies which made cooking meals difficult. The furniture was worn and dirty. We had to clean when we got there because there was animal? food on the floor. Overall we had a great time.
