Beautiful Oceanfront Condo recently updated! Fantastic ocean and bay views. Room to sleep up to 8 in beds and 2 in the sleep sofa in the living room. Master bedroom has King bed with private bath, access to oceanfront balcony, large windows looking at the beach and ocean. Unique birds eye views of the beach & ocean from this 6th floor unit. Flying Cloud is build as far forward as possible to provide the best view available in Ocean City: a close, beautiful view of the low-density beach and Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom 2 has 2 full-sized beds, bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Both have windows facing the bay. Second full bath is in the hallway. Four flat panel TVs with HD streaming in every room! Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, and rise to bright sun shining in the picture windows. Located next to 94th St it is convenient to all Ocean City has to offer. You can walk to supermarket and restaurants conveniently located across the street. 2 reserved parking spaces plus overflow spaces for a 3rd or 4th car. Elevator access. Includes free Wifi and HD Digital Cable.

More about the condo: This 6th floor condo has 2 balconies, one on the ocean side and one on the bay side, with table and chairs on each. The unit has Roku on each TV for streaming access and Xfinity cable channels. A fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals with lots of granite counter space for food prep and serving. Large top freezer allows room for frozen food items. The condo was renovated recently with Lvp flooring through out the unit and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. New appliances will provide worry free stay. Included is a beach locker with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use.

What to do in Ocean City MD: Ocean City has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 10am in summer season, and all day Sept-May. There are numerous excellent golf courses - a great place for a 3-4 day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, diving trips are all available. Restaurants, Movies, and public parks round out the options. The Delaware Outlets are in the Rehoboth beach area, about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Delaware has no sales tax, so it is a nice way to buy at good prices sales tax free. A nice outing is to go the the Assateague Island parks. There you can use the beach, or see the wild ponies. A trip up the highway brings you to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth beach boardwalks

Comfortable OC condo with great ocean view

This Flying Cloud condo was perfectly suited for our small crew of five. We had everything we needed and easy access to groceries and restaurants during the off season. Highly recommend this comfortable and well appointed condo!

OC Golf Getaway

This condo was clean, well appointed, beds and furnishings in good condition, great view of the ocean and walking distance close to 7 Eleven, ACME grocery and a number of restaurants. Communications with the owner in advance of arrival were promptly answered. Be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included and the charge was $165 in addition to rental charge which was higher than anticipated. We enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again. Thanks!

We are all ladies +65 years and college friends. We did have to clean the dining chairs and parts of the bathroom areas when we arrived, and there was a shelf that was about to break and DID so while we were there. No big deal regarding the cleaning which is why it wasnā€™t mentioned to the property owners. Lovely place, very spacious and comfortable. Great beach views. The property managers were very attentive and responded quickly to all issues. We would certainly rent this property again.

Another Great Stay

We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. Great oceanfront view. Within walking distance of restaurants, pretty central to South OC and Rehobeth. Linen service worth the cost. Thermostat and appliances easy to use. Keurig coffee pot very handy. Like having grocery carts and elevator to transport luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Family reunion

We stayed in mid September for a family reunion - my sister owns a unit in the same building so I was very familiar with the building and area. The only issues were very minor - there were no trash bags for the kitchen wastebasket, only 1 detergent pod for the dishwasher and no soap for the kitchen sink. Also there were only 2 beach chairs in the beach locker. The electronic lock on the door made it convenient for us to come and go independently without having to share a key or two.

Cleaning

The unit is great. However, the cleaning crew let the owner down. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that the place had not been cleaned properly. The next day, the manager sent a cleaning crew to clean and fix the areas of concern, even though it was not a priority for them. She said the crew would arrive around 2 p.m. I called to report the problem at 9 a.m. No one answered at 8.

Disappointed

I hate to be that person but after driving almost three hours I wanted to relax and sit down. Just enjoy the sound of the ocean for a bit. But first I had to clean the balcony that smelled like vomit and even looked like someone had gotten sick AFTER I ran out to get something to clean it with. Iā€™m not sure the place was even cleaned before we arrived. The floor wasnā€™t vacuumed and the counters were covered in sand/crumbs. The shower was dirty. No one expects things to be perfect, ever. However, I didnā€™t expect to have to clean up before I could enjoy my vacation. I didnā€™t even stay the full time the second day. After dinner, I went home.

Perfect location- beautiful condo.

Our family of three adults and three children enjoyed this condo. The three bedrooms worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ocean front balcony provided perfect views and was protected from the winds. Overall nothing to complain about. We did the sheet rental program. With three children we had to be very organized in order to strip and make the bedding and unload the dishwasher but we did it. There is space at the entrance of condo also where you can view the sunsets over the bay. My only suggestion is that if you like a big fluffy pillow, bring your own. The pillows are fine but on the small side, certainly not a deal breaker.

Great condo! Very clean and great views of the beach. The carts were a HUGE help as we unloaded and packed up. Without them, we would not consider going back. However, we hope to return again. Having a 7-11 and Acme so close was also a huge plus. The property was just what we were looking for!

Excellent property with just a couple of glitches. Master bathroom needs a stopper. Excellent location and the owners were very accommodating when original reservations had to be changed due to Hurricane Ian. Look forward to staying there again.

Girls trip family time

Condo is very nice with incredible ocean view plus a nice bayside sunset view. Great location. Enjoyed my stay here and hope to return again. Many happy memories made here with my mom, my sister, and visits from my mom's sisters all arriving from different states. Farthest was Alabama to OC, MD. Great home base for an Ocean City stay

Had a great few days here on a mid-week visit to Ocean City. Great location away from the business of the boardwalk, but still with lots of great restaurant and mini-golf options nearby (even with it being the off-season) to keep us and the kids happy. Beach access was phenomenal. Great view of the ocean, and sleeping with the waves pounding maybe 100 yards away was very peaceful. Kitchen was larger than the photos made it look and had everything we needed for our stay and to prep our meals for a camping trip on Assateague that began on our check-out day. We were a little thrown off by having to rent linens, but it looks like that's a standard thing for rentals in the area. The hosts were very accessible leading up to our stay, and during the stay they responded very quickly to emails we sent about our stay. We would absolutely stay here or another property owned by these hosts on a future stay!
