Welcome to our beach pad! Ocean Vista offers everything you will need during your beach stay. A large bedroom with two queen beds offers cable access as well as a smart TV. Put the kids to sleep with a movie night while you enjoy some adult time. Shower down the hall in a nice-size bathroom. The large kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stack washer/ dryer duo (no need to take home dirty laundry). The living area is equipped with two comfortable couches (one is a pull-out sleeper for two), a smart TV for your pleasure, as well as some board games. The dining room table seats four, but most people will probably want to dine outdoors on the newly refinished deck enjoying a view of the ocean. There's plenty of seating out on the deck for everyone, as well as some lounge chairs. There are several great restaurants nearby; there's no need to drive anywhere once you park! Big improvements underway! Brand-new deck and updated furnishings coming soon Please note that this retreat offers one-car parking in a Tandem style lot shared between three units (middle row) in the building. The use of the lot is at guests' own risk.



PARKING: ONE parking space available. Parking for one vehicle is available in the middle row in a tandem style parking lot. PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch street signs to avoid being towed.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
