Incredibly located right on the boardwalk in the heart of Ocean City, this wonderfully appointed condo provides every essential for an unforgettable beach trip. Enjoy direct access to the beach and boardwalk downstairs and an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a gas fireplace in the living area for chilly nights. The large balcony is positioned on the side of this oceanfront building and provides a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean and bay.

On the grounds of the property, you'll have access to an outdoor swimming pool on the boardwalk side of the fifth floor and a fitness center.

THINGS TO KNOW
The gas fireplace is not operational in the summer.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
