The spacious primary suite features a king bed, streaming TV, and a private ensuite bathroom designed for relaxation, complete with a standalone soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, streaming TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower, providing comfort and privacy for additional guests. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra family members, featuring a pyramid bunk with trundle, an additional single bed, a streaming TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located off the main living area.
Laguna Vista offers great building amenities including an indoor pool, elevator access, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. With the beach and boardwalk just three to four blocks away, you can easily walk to the sand, dining, shops, and entertainment without needing to move your car.
Within five blocks walking distance, guests can enjoy a variety of popular boardwalk and downtown favorites, including Pizza Mambo for a quick slice, Alaska Stand for classic Ocean City treats, and several nearby cafés and convenience spots perfect for grabbing a coffee or snack before heading to the beach.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
