This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom is the fifth house from the bay on the quiet side of the island. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 44 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The living room is furnished with two couches, side chairs, and a 50" 4K LG TV. One couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a confectionary oven and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The counters are all granite, the appliances stainless steel. This house is perfect for two families. There are two master suites, each with private bathrooms and luxury king beds. On the entrance level, there is a queen-size bed with a luxury mattress. It also features a bathroom with a shower. The second floor is open with balconies on each end. The front balcony has a beautiful view of the sunset over the bay. The third floor master bedroom and two bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has two singles that can be pushed together to make a king. Each bedroom has its own TV. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!
