This Harbour Towne Condo is located at 25th St and Philadelphia Ave. We are in a great location bayside and near all of Ocean City's finest hot spots. Restaurants and mini golf within walking distance. The popular Fish Tales is a short walk from your back door. Watch the boats come in and see the fish get weighed. The board walk is a short walk across Coastal Highway. If you get tired of walking, the bus will drop off in front of Harbor Town. Refresh and swim in the beautiful bayside pool and watch the boats pass by. When you are finished with outdoor activities, you have a beautiful furnished 3-bedroom condo to call home for the duration of your stay. Don't forget to take your coffee out on the back deck and enjoy your beautiful mornings. Full size Washer/Dryer in unit. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great vacation home

We loved staying at this condo. It truly had every amenity we needed and then some! Short distance to get boardwalk made wonderful for a nightly walk. The pool was close by as well.Jeanne was awesome with communication. I couldnā€™t ask for a better host!

We had an amazing stay! Plenty of space for a family of 5 with all the comforts of home. Loved walking to the beach and access to fun things to do on Philadelphia Ave and the boardwalk.

Such a nice place!

My friends and I stayed there when we went to a weekend beach concert. The pictures really didnā€™t do it justice. It was perfect for us. It was nice and relaxing drinking coffee on the deck that faced the bay. It was in a great location. It was close to FishTales, mini golf, the boardwalk and not far from the beach. If we had any questions, Jeanne was quick with a response. We didnā€™t get a chance to go to the pool or hot tub because the concert took up most of the weekend, but next time we will.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! 4 of us stayed in the unit and all had comfortable beds and plenty of space. Having the deck walk out right onto the dock that let to fish tales was an awesome bonus! The big table outside was great for meals.

Great vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit. Itā€™s actually bigger than we thought. I was worried about the living space with 6 of us but we were pleasantly surprised on how all of us fit comfortably. Place was very clean and well kept. Itā€™s about a 5 min walk to the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. You couldnā€™t ask for a better location. Super quiet at night. We loved sitting on the porch that overlooked the bay at night to read, play games and have a few cocktails. The pool was also an added bonus. My daughter and I would swim after spending the day at the ocean while the rest of the family got ready for dinner. This listing is everything it states and more. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was in a great location and really nice and easy to get to different locations. Nice to be right on the bay to have some coffee on those beautiful sunny mornings. Owners were super responsive.

Great stay

This is a great unit in a great location. Our family had a great time. Jeanne is fantastic! She called the day I booked online to introduce herself and go over things. She was extremely easy to work and communicate with. We texted and emailed and she always responded promptly. She even emailed us a list of places to go, foods to try and things to do. The pool sits looking out at the bay and is an amazing and relaxing hangout spot to watch a sunset. The unit and location was just as it was listed. So many fun things to do within walking distance. Unit was very comfy, all appliances worked perfectly and itā€™s a corner unit on the first floor which made it super easy getting in and out. I totally recommend this property!

Peace and quiet but close to everything

The place was amazing. Very spacious and exactly as described. Loved being right on the bay and walking on the dock. It was great being so close to the boardwalk and all other kid activities yet when you are in the place, it was so quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be booking this place again next time we come down. Perfect size and location. And the owner, Jeanne, was very helpful and informative. Truly appreciated.

A Wonderful Fatherā€™s Day Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The property was great. It was beautifully decorated, clean, the location was close to everything and well lit. We would love to rent it again. A few things I wanted to pass along that you might be already aware of: ā€¢ the master bathroom tub does not drain well. It made it difficult to keep it clean between uses. ā€¢ the one sofa is on a stack of books that did fall off once but we put it back on. ā€¢ the dryer did not dry the small load of clothes we put into it. None of those things kept us from enjoying our time away, though so thank you for the hospitality.
