Beautiful North OC condo with indoor and outdoor pool

If you love North Ocean City, you will love staying at the Royal Hawaiian! Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo with a wrap around balcony on the ocean block of 142nd Street. Hawaiian Village features an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub for your use. (Please note, the fitness room is for owner's use) Please note** Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 fThis condo features one bedroom with a queen bed and a pyramid bunk (a single over a full) and the second bedroom features a queen and a double bed. The unit can occupy your family of up to 9. Also included is a full living area, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, wifi, and two parking spots. This property rents Thur-Sun, Sun-Thurs, or full weeks from Thurs-Thurs or Sun-Sun and any 3 nights off season. Guests supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping building. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great area and great accommodations!

This property was fabulous! It was clean and located very close to restaurants and the beach! We loved that it had a patio too. It was a bit loud being right on the main street as the street sweeper comes by every morning.

More than we expected

The condo was beautiful! Short walk to the ocean. We came down for the Boardwalk Rock Festival but didn’t want to stay on the boardwalk. This was a great spot to avoid the crowds when not at the festival. We were at the beginning of the bus route to get to the festival so had no problems getting on the bus. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo! Very nicely furnished. Everything provided for our arrival. Unit is corner location right next to the stairs. Very convenient. Pool is directly across the hall! North Ocean City is ideal for walking in the morning along Wight Street, very private and nice for biking, walking. Across the street from the beach .. this is ideal. A must visit!

Place was spotless. Access very easy. Not sure why renters can’t use fitness center. Minor things like a non working coffee pot and set of blinds didn’t open. Did nothing to affect our stay. Looking forward to returning.

Great location but issues with property

This unit is in a great location. It really surprised us that bath towels and sheets are not included in the rental. This information is now in the description, however, I feel it should be highlighted since this is not typical of any other unit I have rented post-COVID. The water was turned off, and the washer and dishwasher were both broken when we arrived. Property management helped us turn on the water right away, but we had to wait until Monday for the appliances to be fixed (we arrived on Saturday). The hot tub in the pool area was also out of service and under construction. Since we were visiting in a chilly time during off season, that was also annoying. Overall great for a family in terms of convenience to the beach.

Great Location!

We spent several days here with our grandchildren. They loved the indoor pool and nearby playground and of course the beach as well. The property is well maintained and had all we needed for a great time!

Very attractive condo

Loved the condo was a little bit of a walk to the beach for someone with severe arthritis. I personally had to leave after 2 days, but rest of family remained and had a good time.

Good for families-if you don’t mind a little effort

Condo had a *smell* from the moment we walked inside. We called the management company who offered to provide us with air freshener spray. I had to vacuum the hard floor myself, wipe out the tub full of sand and clean some hairs out of the bathrooms. Overall it was fairly clean, but whoever cleaned it didn’t do a stellar job. Also, BOTH of our assigned parking spots were blocked off due to building construction. We we’re never notified ahead of time. We were able to park on the street as long as the beach wasn’t busy and the management company offered us a credit, but only after we called twice to try and rectify the situation. We’ve stayed in other units in the same building, managed by the same company and have had better experiences than this. We like the building so much, so we’ll go back.

I was so thankful we found this place! Although it was a bit of a walk to the elevator, it didn't matter to us because we just used the stairs that were right outside our door. It was a nice surprise to find out that the pool access was just across the hallway. As a cleaner myselft, I have a critical eye when it comes to checking for cleanliness...and I was pleased at this place! I appreciate the new bathrooms and clean beds, comfortable matresses too. A few of the under sink cabinet could have been a little more tidy/clean and I wish the new flooring was throughout but I appreciate the improvements that were made. Also, it was great to have a good working vacuum to help keep excess sand tracked in at bay. It was wonderful to have a TV and DVD player in the kids room, made it seem like a separate living area for them! Nice facility, secure building and friendly staff. Overall, it was a great experience and we definitely will be back.

Great quiet location

I wanted a nice, clean, quiet place to stay close to the beach for my family and that is exactly what I got. This condo is located just above the parking garage so I never had to worry about the heavy walkers in my family disturbing neighbors, and any traffic sounds from outside were minimal and not noticed unless you were trying to listen. The condo had everything we needed, pots and pans, dish ware, it was all there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. Property was very clean and well kept. Location was great. The apartment was perfect exactly what was advertised. The front porch wrapped all around the apartment. Only small issue was that we weren’t allowed to use the fitness room. Beach walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We love this location. The apartment is large and has everything we need. The mattresses could use updating and maybe curtains instead of blinds to block light. Aside from that we have nothing to complain about. The other tenants are lovely and we hope to be back again!

Very nice condo

This property was better than we anticipated. The space is large and had plenty of room for our group. We were in town for a funeral so just wanted a place that we could all be together without having to rent several hotel rooms. This spot was perfect. We had a small snafu when we first arrived but the after hours number was readily available and it was cleared up quickly. Easy walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants around. Everything you could need was there. It was off season so some places are closed. Beds aren’t that comfortable but all in all the condo was good. We had two power outages in the middle of the night, which I don’t think was the fault of the building owners but maybe a transformer went out or something, it came back on but the furnace didn’t kick back on until morning so we woke up pretty chilly. Condo was really great for our needs and we would rent it again. We liked it.
