Atlantis 209 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The condo is spacious, but still homey. The bright tones will lift your spirits immediately upon entry and keep them up all week long. The enclosed balconies allow you to watch the waves curl over the shore no matter the weather. Gather in the living room for a family movie night or head down to the pool and go for a swim. Sweet sixteen getaway

We were told ahead of time we would be able to check in early just to be able to park our car and use the pool/beach.. when we arrived the ladies at shoreline properties location said absolutely not and told us to come back at three.. we decided to take our chances and drove to Atlantis and spoke to the security office. Those security guys were the nicest most helpful employees we encountered throughout our entire stay.. they let us park there and use the pool which was nice.. we had a lot of trouble opening the front door. The kitchen was VERY outdated!!! The stove top burners were uneven so everytime you went to cook something like eggs for instance only half the pan would cook as the other half didn’t even touch the burner.. one of the shower heads in one of the bathrooms had no directions on how to use it. We had to wait two days for a response since the rude lady on the phone said she couldn’t help us due to it being the weekend. So again went to the helpful guys at the security office and they came up and after being confused themselves for about a half hr on how to turn the shower part on they finally figured it out.. our ac unit worked for the first two days and the last two days the other four days we had no ac.. the gentleman who was sent to fix it said they do rolling blackouts to save the ac since everyone uses it so much.. the beds were like sleeping on a cement rock.. the pool was nice and I liked how close the beach actually was to our condo..plenty of parking

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great time. The location was excellent. Having 2 young children made the stay at a condo with an enclosed balcony a must. Would definitely stay again.

Not what it seems

Condo pictures are not at all updated . Everything was so dirty we had to go and grab cleaning supplies and clean everything before we even got settled. Kitchen was so out of date stove barely worked. Bathtub was completely disgusting. States they cleaned and nothing was done floors were horrible we had to wipe everything. One pillow on every bed and a blanket that looks like it hasnt been washed in months !!! Screens were ripped when windows were open and we had young kids so that was extremely dangerous. The vents in the rooms were clotted with dust it was horrible. Will never stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

All in all the place was great especially being ocean front for the price. The view was beautiful. We had blast. The pool on property was very nice. We did have few issues. Two of the TV's did not work (but being in Ocean City we were not there to watch TV). The pull out couch in the sun room was awful and not comfortable to sleep on. We had brought an air mattress so it was not a big issue. The description said blankets were included however there were not there.

A few issues

Mattresses were only springs with lots of stains, front door needs to be pulled towards you at the same time turning the key, TV in living room speakers were blown when we got there, could use more utensils in the kitchen to cook, pot and pans were so old, no longer nonstick. Bathroom in main bedroom has almost a drip shower. Just a few suggestions. Had a great time either way. Loved the view.

Lack of cleanliness and the AC doesn't work

First of all, let me say that I wrote an email to the property company and gave them a chance to address these issues with me prior to posting a review. I also filled out the comment card when we left. I have gotten no response. The AC in this unit does not work well. Just blows air, not cool air. I did not call in maintenance because of COVID, so we just had to deal with it. In addition, the unit was not cleaned well and the kitchen was disorganized. The blinds kept falling off and it was really frustrating. It was not at all what I expected. The location was great and Ocean City was nice. The unit was not what I expected for the price.

exactly what you'd expect for a beachfront condo in OC

Dated, but fine. Blinds in the bedroom were non-functioning, which took away from the beachfront experience. Air duct right outside the front door blasts you with hot air every time you walk out, key did not work in the front door very easily. None of these were deal-breakers. Great value for the price, location was perfect, beautiful view, fast elevators, quiet. easy beach access. Was not a fan of the enclosed balcony, would rather have a real one -- but that's a matter of preference.

The condo was great! It was everything the post said. Very nice and would recommend!! The owner had left a beach cart, beach board and lots of other things (although we had brought our own) for renters. There was a broken sofa bed which the owner and maintenance worked to fix, but took a few days due to parts. Only drawback was communication with the property manager was suboptimal.
