This splendid, beachfront home away from home has over 1,000 square feet of living space with breathtaking ocean and beach views from your private balcony. Delight yourself with panoramic vistas as you enjoy a refreshing beverage or a memorable homemade meal on your covered balcony. Keep an eye out for dolphins as well! Inside, the air-conditioned living room offers a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV. Prepare memorable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The spacious main suite has floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the Atlantic Ocean, access to the balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bath.

In addition, you will have access to all the on-site amenities Golden Sands has to offer, including indoor, outdoor, and children's pools, a game room with arcade machines, a pool table, and a Ping-Pong table, a party room, a sauna, tennis courts, an oceanfront tropical bar, a volleyball court, and a fitness center.

Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside.

Things to Know
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
