We loved nothing about this experience (other than the view). I called 2 times before our vacation to 100% verify that the property accommodations would work for our party because we had 11 people (which included a baby) and the listing and bed arrangements did not match what was shown in the virtual tour. We received 2 phone calls back from VACASA verifying that the unit’s listing was indeed 100% correct (1 king, 3 doubles, a twin, and a pull out sofa). The virtual tour did not show 5 beds. VACASA has since removed the twin from the listing, because when we got there we immediately called because a bed was MISSING just as we thought! The local property manager apologized and brought us a roll away cot. Extremely uncomfortable! We would have NEVER chosen this property had we known it was not big enough for us. We also called for the back door to be looked at. It was very hard to open and we did not want it to fall off the track. We were told they would send maintenance, nobody ever came and nobody ever called us back. We also arrived and the condo did not look like it had been cleaned. I have pictures if anyone needs proof. Sand all over the floor, sink was dirty, dust all over furniture, refrigerator shelves were dirty. We thoroughly cleaned the unit and left it much cleaner than it was when we got there. The property manager agreed that we should receive a refund for part of our visit. We spent a lot of money to book this property and were extremely disappointed!
