As an added bonus our cottage boasts energy efficient features and cutting-edge technology designed to minimize our ecological footprint. Dedicated free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
Saturday to Saturday 7-day bookings during the summer season. Four night minimum at other times.

• Bathrooms: Three modern en-suite bathrooms equipped with sleek fixtures and walk-in showers. One spa bathroom includes a whirlpool tub plus a large shower. The Primary bathroom includes a luxurious glass tiled rain shower. The first floor bathroom features a large shower with helpful grab bars and a full size washer/dryer.
• Living Area: A welcoming living room adorned with coastal-inspired furnishings, a 70 inch flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of beachcombing.
• Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen featuring new appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essential cookware, allowing you to whip up delicious meals.
• Dining Area: An inviting dining space adjoining the kitchen and living areas, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or morning coffee while planning your day's adventures.

Noise Ordinance:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
