This condo has many upgrades including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a fantastic gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a wine bottle cooler. It also has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has two double beds and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin bed over a double bed, allowing you to sleep 9 people comfortably. High speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided and there are Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. Relax on the balcony with a view of the ocean and morning sunrise and also take in the amazing bayside evening sunsets. If you have a baby or toddler, there is a Pack 'n Play, high chair and stroller here for you so you don't need to worry about bringing these items with you. This condo is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator in the building. You'll receive one assigned parking spot and there is another guest parking spot available on a first come, first served basis, although it is normally available. Also, there is typically free street parking within a block or two if needed. The building parking is under cover on the main level of the building and has a 7'0" clearance. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! A complete linen package is $145. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
