This place worked perfectly for me and the pets!Enough room to walk and explore but close enough to all the convenience stores and restaurants in Ocala and Dunellon!Perfect communication and effortless payment and always a good attitude with me although I was stressed with the move from out of state

Quiet place for a weekend getaway

Very close to rainbow river perfect for getting up early to go kayaking and fishing!

We stayed here previously a few years ago so we knew what to expect. We like the fact that there's no neighbors near us and a very quiet neighborhood. One thing we would suggest is provide more cooking pans and microwavable bowls, etc. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Super accommodating

Needed a place to stay until my fiancé and I closed on a house and the closing got pushed back a couple time. Cyndi was fantastic and was a huge help!

Perfect place to stay. Cindy so helpful, After tubing a night of s’mores around fire pit. Great place and fantastic local. Will be back!!!

Quiet and comfy

When we walked in the home it smelled clean and amazing! The entire place was clean and they had everything we needed! We were very comfortable while there and it was very kid friendly! Thank you!

Yes . If you're not into The Bohemian style it might not be your cup of tea. I found it excuisit and the decor was adorable. Very happy and wished I had more than a partial day.

Excellent Communication and accomodations

Property owner very communicative and eager to please. Quiet property just off the beaten path. Shockingly excellent water quality. People and pets highly recommend.

Country at its best!

We stayed at this property for a couple days recently and found the house clean, comfortable, roomy and pet friendly! I was so at home and pleased to pass the recent hurricane in comfortable accomodations. I honestly felt like I was totally at home here. Definitely will come again! Owners were very responsive to any questions I had and seemed to really care about our comfort.

The place had a funky smell ac did not work properly one of the beds smelt urine you can tell that they allow dogs because of the smell. When we arrived, there was baby diaper and cans in the fire pit. The one thing that was nice was the outside shower.

A Peaceful, Nostalgic Country Escape

If you’re looking for a place that takes you back to simpler times, this is it! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of city life, we could hear the bugs chirping at night and see every star in the sky—just like a visit to Grandma's house. This country girl felt right at home, surrounded by all the rustic charm I remember from childhood. The peace and quiet were exactly what we needed, offering a perfect escape to recharge. While the house has that lived-in, homey feel, it’s the privacy and serenity that truly steal the show. If you’re after a tucked-away retreat, this place is for you.

There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. Also we arrived around 1:30am after driving in and the sprinklers were blasting directly onto the lock box and the front porch, not exactly the welcome we were looking for. But, it was pet friendly and affordable, so all in all it was Ok for us.

Exactly as advertised

We had a group scuba diving rainbow river and devils den. This was a very affordable and close option. The futon was honestly the only downside. Both beds were memory foam and comfortable. We decided to sleep on the couch instead of the futon and it was fine. The Keurig worked so i was happy. You can tell they are trying to fix up the place and make improvements. The owner was very prompt to communicate and it's exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and loved the diving. Would recommend.

Great place...quiet and clean

Great place...just as advertised.. Would definitely stay there again. It was in the middle of everything which was nice. there are a few items that would make it even better.. I would suggest that you invest in a TV antenna (from Walmart or Amazon) so your guests can at least watch local channels. We're not movie people and if someone that's staying there doesn't have a netflix or hulu account, it doesn't do much good. Also, you might want to get some new cookware (the teflon coverage is flaking off when you use it) and maybe a small pyrex casserole dish for the microwave. Other than that, having the washer/dryer there was awesome and you had plenty of towels and bedding.. Thank you for a great vacation!

Property was over grown and house was dirty. Pots and pans were peeling and rusted. Owner acted as if we were some spoiled children when I told her we had to clean and found a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower Rod. The stairs were unsafe and sinking into the ground. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ridiculous.

Check in was ridiculous, the property was not ready at 3 and the host gave us an attitude about it. She was supposedly 15 minutes late because she was cleaning. The place Smelled like a kennel when we walked in. There were dead bugs on the floor. All of the smoke detectors were popped open to stop them from beeping for batteries. There was no handsoap and only a tiny bit of watered down dish soap. All of the rooms are small and the closets and drawers were packed full so there was hardly a spot for your luggage. Only one of the three tvs in the house worked. There were no top sheets on any of the beds. The yard was full of dog poop. And finally, on the first morning there, a roach ran across the counter while I was brewing coffee.

You get what you pay for.

Over all this property was a good stay for the price we paid. It was located right by rainbow river and KP Hole Park. Walmart was just a few minutes down the road. The outdoor shower is a super cute idea. They’ve got lots of board games and movies. The place has the potential to be GREAT! It for sure needs some upkeep though. Hardly anything was actually clean. None of the pots and pans were clean, bathroom was still dirty with hair in it. Fridge and freezer could have been wiped out. And the coffee pot had old moldy Coffee in it. It was pretty bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bed frames (other than the bunk bed) felt like they would fall apart if we moved to much lol. We killed about 10 roaches as well but for the price we paid we really weren't upset about it. They have Wi-Fi but don’t count on using it, it won’t work. I didn’t mind too much about the Wi-Fi but we had no service in our phones either so it was hard to use GPS. Overall, I think they just need a new house keeper. I’d stay here again.
