This holiday apartment is in a fantastic location in Oberstdorf. It offers great accommodation in a quiet location for families, couples and adventurers traveling alone.

The 55sqm 2-room apartment is on the 1st floor and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed (1.40x2.00) and bathroom with shower. The bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2.00) invites you to dream. The apartment therefore offers space for up to 4 people.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games and a Senseo coffee machine. In winter, your car and your skis are covered in the garage, protected from snow.

A furnished south-facing balcony awaits you outside, which perfectly captures the midday sun. Enjoy the fantastic view as a rest from eventful excursions in our beautiful Allgäu! Regardless of whether you have reached the Nebelhorn casually by gondola or as a mountaineer, we offer you the best holiday experience of adventure, rest and relaxation!

In the summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for the entire duration of their stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf as well as the nearby Kleinwalsertal. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder available on site.



130 kilometers of pistes, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails await all winter sports enthusiasts. The ski pass for the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal mountain railways allows you unlimited use of all lifts. You can easily get to any valley station by bus. The valley station of the Nebelhorn cable car is a 14-minute walk from our house.



A garage on the property is available for free parking. From there, a staircase leads through the garden to your holiday home.



Fresh bread rolls can be delivered daily.

Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price.

Bringing pets and smoking in the house is not permitted.

Wearing street shoes is not permitted in the house.

A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
