The space
This modern and high-quality furnished maisonette flat is located in the picturesque Oberstaufen district of Kalzhofen, about 1 km from the centre and offers a breathtaking view of the Allgäu mountains. It is a perfect starting point for winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing and in summer for hiking, cycling, golfing and excursions to the Allgäu mountains and pre-Alpine lakes. The flat is ideal for families or couples of friends.

In addition to the spacious living area with a cosy sofa, a large dining table and a balcony, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with double washbasin, bath/shower and WC. The stairs in the living area lead to the two bedrooms with double beds.
