Our 4 **** apartment is located in Oberstaufen Kalzhofen. The apartment was ready for occupancy in February 2014. It is located on the 1st Upper floor with a large south-facing balcony and a view of the Hündlelift. The 3-room apartment has been newly furnished to a high standard in a modern country style. Our holiday guests have an underground car park with access to the elevator and their own lockable cellar room. The apartment was classified by the DTV with four stars.
The bedrooms are equipped with solid furniture in oiled wild oak. There are enough cupboards and drawers. Adjustable slatted frames, opaque shutters and the quiet location ensure a high level of sleeping comfort. A large flat screen TV is in every bedroom.
The living / dining room is spacious and bright. A couch, coffee table and a large flat screen TV delimit the living area from the dining area, which offers plenty of space for the large, solid table with 6 chairs and a display case.
The integrated kitchen is visually separated from the dining room by a bar. The modern kitchen with granite top, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer is equipped with high-quality appliances. You will find enough dishes, pots and glasses.
The bathroom has a modern black and white design. It includes a double sink, a walk-in shower with a glass cabin. Illuminated make-up mirror, illuminated large mirror, towel warmer, bathroom stool, hairdryer and a cupboard are part of the bathroom equipment.
In the hallway there is a cloakroom with shoe and helmet storage, a bench and a large mirror.
The large south-facing balcony is equipped with a table, four chairs, 2 loungers and a parasol.
Two mountain bikes are available in the basement. If necessary, a shopping basket can be installed. Two sledges are available in winter. The basement can also be used to store your own bicycles and skis.

The center of Oberstaufen can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The shopping center with a wide range and bakery is max. 10 minutes walk. The ski and hiking area Hündle, with children's paradise in winter and summer toboggan run, and a miniature golf course is only about 2 km away from our apartment. Many hiking trails open up near the apartment, and the cross-country ski run starts in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the Oberstaufen Buflings golf center with its 18-hole course is only 1 km away. The Steibis ski area can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The Alpsee is only 10 km away. They drive to Lake Constance in about 30 minutes.

The rental prices are for 2 people per night. Each additional person is charged € 20 per day. Children under 4 years are free of charge. The minimum stay is 3-7 nights depending on the season. The apartment can with max. 4 people can be occupied. For stays of less than 5 nights, a surcharge of € 20 per person is charged for the entire time.
The tourist tax is € 2. 10 per day for people over 14 years and € 1. 05 per day for children over 5 years. It is payable on arrival.
