The vacation apartment is located on the first floor (or garden level) of a 7-unit apartment building at Hochgratstr. 293 in the Irsengund neighborhood. Due to its hillside location, the apartment is accessed via a staircase from the entrance area.

In addition to its modern, high-quality amenities, the highlight of the accommodations are the panoramic window in the living room and the terrace, from which you have a direct view of the fantastic Allgäu countryside and the Hochgrat, with nothing to obstruct the view—except perhaps the occasional cow that has strayed into the area.

The separate bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200 cm). In the large living/sleeping area with a comfortable fold-down bed (160x200 cm), you’ll also find a dining nook, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The comfortable bathroom features a rainforest shower, a sink, and a toilet.
