The kitchen includes an oven with a ceramic cooktop, fridge with freezer, sink, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, coffee sticks, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, as well as cleaning supplies and kitchen towels.



Parking:

We offer you a free parking space in the courtyard, directly at the entrance.



With self check-in, you can access the accommodation independently and flexibly from the check-in time. Entry is via a key box with code.

Located in a quiet, green neighborhood in Oberhausen Sterkrade/Alsfeld, the apartment is on the ground floor with a garden view. The house is peaceful and friendly, and the neighbors are happy to help with questions.

You have exclusive use of the entire apartment including the balcony, your own parking space, waste bins, and the washing machine in the basement.



To access the basement, you have a separate key in your apartment.
