"I would have liked it if the front desk person had pointed out the fact that there were frozen meals to buy. I had to discover this on my own. Also there was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator. The guy who drove the shuttle was really nice and did a great job"

"Staff was nice but it was odd to be charged early check-in fee (which we expected!) odd that while being charged fee, the desk person tells guests next to me that she waived their check-in fee. I'm sure there was reason for that but not best customer service to do that in front of other guest(s) ..."

The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland
"It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner ..."
