"Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. "

"Very adorable place but not quite ready to be rented yet. Items filthy: shower curtain, sofa (didn't use). Sheets were pilled and not tucked in properly. Bathroom towels were stained and old: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths & NO bath mat. No hooks to hang wet towels. For safety hand rails in shower. Kitchen: Pots & pans just thrown in cabinet & had to wash, no toaster, 1 complete plastic bowl with lid. 3 lids without bowels, cookie sheet for oven crusted black. No scour pad to...

"When you need help dont expect anyone to be there. If something goes wrong you're on your own. Locked out oh well. Didnt work the fireplace right too bad. No fire for you"

"Absolutely loved the house — very clean and comfy. Only minor glitches were the lack of a handrail on a portion of the stairs, a rather high step getting into the house, and part of the backyard fence was down. The high step and handrail thing required the elders in our group (77 and 98) to be assisted when going up or down, but there were plenty of willing helpers so easily overcome. And our dog thoroughly enjoyed being walked by the teens in our group, so no real problem there either. We truly...

"Wonderful and extremely clean well kept home! Perfect higher end hot tub and screened porch. Everything was labeled so you can easily find things! 12 miles from dahlonega and close to Dawsonville. Felt very safe . Fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone. You will love this place😁"
