"Our family spent the weekend at this property in order to attend an event in Dahlonega. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for the weekend, including 2 coffee pots. :) The men in our family enjoyed the river location. The house is spacious and the beds were comfy.The host described the driveway correctly. We appreciated the heads up about driving a SUV.Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here."

"This property was located close to family. The house is neat, clean and well stocked with paper products, coffee fixings, and games. The only suggestion I have is to add shades or blinds to the windows, especially in the bedrooms. "

"The owner met me at check in and we enjoyed learning details about the property. Our family enjoyed the many bedrooms and large spaces to get together. The view was beautiful! The pool table was enjoyed by the young adults and the children loved the toys!"

"Rarely you come across a rental property that deserves even more than 5 stars; This is one. The host goes the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and have a wonderful stay. I was touched by the thoughtful welcome basket and hand-written note from the host with a cell phone number to text if we had any questions.
