It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. The only problem we had was the internet would sometimes go out, but come back on about 5 minutes later. This did not seriously effect our stay though. Our...

"We were in town for a wedding and just needed a place to sleep. Seemed to be a very nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. The place had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The house was clean, nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was also a great location and near everything we wanted to be. They had fun games, an awesome back yard and covered parking. Highly recommend!"

"What a cute little apartment that fit my needs of my trip. The whole place was so clean and updated. Bed was so comfortable. Was so relaxing late evenings with fireplace on watching a movie with a glass of wine. My brother’s girlfriend commented how nice and wide the steps were up to the quaint little patio. Getting I was a breeze. The host was very accommodating and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The only negative thing I could say was bed pillow was too hard for me but I...

"We really enjoyed our stay, house was very roomy clean comfortable couldn’t have asked for more the host was very welcoming any questions we had she answered right away I would stay again when I return to Muncie Thank you again "

"We loved this condo. It’s very cool looking, beautifully decorated. Everything felt upscale and well done. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outside area. Only downside was actually finding the unit and the key lock box, but the host was easy to contact and talked us through it quickly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Ck in had some snags due to equipment bugs. However once in contact with host it was handled quickly and very professionally. We enjoyed this rental and will stay here again when visiting family. Michelle is a superhost and very congenial. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces."

"Quarto bom. Ar-condicionado muito barulhento, impossível dormir com ele ligado. No banheiro, sabonetes de péssima qualidade. Café da manhã fraco, sem opções e variedades.
