"Old and out dated. Took a while for the staff to come to the front desk. The walls were paper thin. It’s right next to a freeway and so very noisy. "

"The room was so huge! It's almost like they chose the huge size of the rooms and then filling them was an after thought. The space at the entrance of the room could fit a kitchen that they seemed to just think "nah, let's just leave it super open". The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was standard. This was just a stop for us on a long road trip so we didn't use any amenities and we left super early in the morning before breakfast was even open. "

"Room was good (bed very comfortable). Loved seeing the alligators outside! Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was that the pool was not open during our visit. "

"The room was dirty. When we left i noticed the blanket had a stain. The bathroom was dirty. The shower head was gross. We had to ask for new towels. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. "

"The room has cracks all over the walls. Staff was not available during a disturbance at 3 am. Elevator was out of service. You can tell the bathroom had mold on the ceiling they attempt to wipe away. Not sure how this place has high reviews. We will not be returning."

"Bath tub finish looks like. what applied due to either cracks or blemished finish. Remote for TV did not respond to any selections. Ceiling fan did not work."

"Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them."

"After checking in, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor in the room, but chose to overlook it due to a long day. Within an hour, I woke up with itchy eyes and nose and had an asthma attack. The smell was then unmistakable—it strongly resembled a dog kennel. My husband spoke with the front desk and was informed that all rooms on every floor are pet-friendly. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which is unacceptable for guests with allergies. Due to my reaction, we...
