"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "

I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. It says it a smoke free hotel but as soon as I open the door of the room it smell my mother in laws house . Not good"

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"Hotel muito bom! Acesso um pouco difícil vindo de Pittsburg, por ter que fazer um retorno entre as residências da região, mas ok! De resto, tudo OK e confortável. Café da manhã padrão americano. Não existem lojas, farmácias ou qualquer comércio de conveniência na região, apenas postos de gasolina, mas o acesso para Pittsburg é muito fácil e rápido de carro."

"The location was great for our business. The rug was old and dirty. The furniture was old and outdated. The bathroom was also outdated, with rust around the mirrors. The bedding was not as clean and crisp as other hotels."
