"The rooms were not updated and there were 2 mouse traps under the bed and my 2 small children were afraid to stay in the room. I asked to cancel the next night they denied it since I booked through a 3rd party. After I contacted the 3rd party the still refused to repay for the next day that I left at 9am.I will never stay here again."
