The Space

Luxurious apartment in Upper Rockridge with separate entrance, and soothing garden views. French doors from the living room and bedroom open on to a private terrace. Take your morning coffee overlooking the multi-level Italianate gardens with fountain, paths and bougainvillea-laden trellis.

The apartment features one bedroom with queen-sized organic bed, side tables, walk-in closet, dresser, tiled bathroom, living room, dining area and well-stocked kitchen. A pull-out sofa in the living room can accommodate additional guests (no more than 3 adults in party, please).

We supply spices, olive oil, vinegar, ground coffee, an assortment of herbal and caffeinated teas, along with a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plateware.

Location

Conveniently located just off of Broadway Terrace, you're in easy reach of everything the city offers while nestled quietly above it. Rockridge's restaurants and boutique shops are a 6-minute drive, and downtown Oakland is only a few minutes further with easy freeway access nearby.

* Note that this apartment is at the base of two sets of well-lit, wide stairs. Please take a look at exterior photos to see those stairs for yourself. While most guests won’t have any difficulty with them, they could be challenging for people with bad knees or other health conditions. FYI: we are happy to help with luggage, assuming we are at home when you arrive or checkout. Just let us know. :-)
