Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac near Montclair Village’s beloved cafés, boutiques, and farmers market, it’s a serene escape ideal for families, work trips, or longer stays. While the design is simple, the space is perfect for those who value calm, quiet moments to unwind after a full day.
1. Check in is typically at 3PM, and Checkout is at 11AM, unless agreed upon with prior notice.
2. If you’d like to invite additional guests or bring pets, please let me know in advance so I can help make proper arrangements. For everyone’s comfort and safety. All visitors count as guests to compensate for cleaning resources.
3. In consideration of the neighbors, large events and gatherings are permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon.
4. Smoking is not permitted in the premises.
5. Quiet hours start at 10PM, ending at 8AM to respect our neighbors.
