"I am very disappointed! Second time at the hotel and I asked for a better care in my staying. My room was very bad. There was a very noise structure out side that belongs to the hotel. I could not sleep as I would like. The receptionistml was very rude during my staying and also during the check out. Terrible staying…."

"The host is very friendly and accessible. The location is great. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a theater and nice weekend farmers market. To access the unit you have to go up a tiny steep street that most Ubers won’t drive up. The unit itself is one level but there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance. "Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy!"
