"The location was perfect. Very quiet and nice to see the sunrise over the lake. It was too cold for us to enjoy the lake in Nov., but it looks like a fun place to come back to in the summer. Beds were very comfortable. "

"Very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Clean, beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need. Owner is great and quick to respond to all questions. Welcomed our little dog. As it is a second floor apartment, someone with mobility issues may find the stairs challenging. We had a very nice stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"What an awesome farm! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kathleen is awesome. It was a 10- minute drive to Colby College- our destination for a football game! Our team won so that was really fun!! The house is very clean and very comfortable! Kathleen has thought of everything and she is delightful! "

"There was Hannaford, Walmart and other stores nearby.
The room was not very clean. Under the microwave was very gross and noticeable we didnt use it. The room for 2 people only had one chair to sit in and one desk chair, no table as shown in the photos. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on outside your door as well as your neighbors in their rooms. The heating unit worked fine. Given what you pay, you get what you pay for. It was cheap but i would not stay there again."

"The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified."
