The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and comfort, featuring a drip coffee maker, teapot, electric kettle, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals. Dine indoors or step out onto the partially covered deck with a dining table, chairs, and ambient lighting (on a timer from 5pm–9pm).

The backyard is fully available for guests to enjoy, offering a comfortable outdoor space perfect for meals, relaxation, and quality time with family and friends.

San Leandro BART Station is nearby, offering service on the Blue, Green, and Orange lines.
