This was bad customer service called prior to arrival and then when I checked in they questions about my rate and then I was forced to place a cash deposit when a credit card was on file for deposit when a cash deposit of 100 cash was required I try to call customer service with Expedia not able to reach.

i stayed here for 11 days consecutively. generally enjoyed my stay. the night shift lobby staff was friendly. they were able to let me stay at same room throughout. I liked the room. only disturbance is the drip sound of the rain gutter next to my window, can hear that throughout my stay because of the rains.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
My usual policy is if I have a bad experience I don’t write a review because mistakes happen and I dislike people being overly critical but this is perhaps more of a warning than anything else. I don’t have enough space to explain all the issues I had with the place but the hotel manager is aggressive and mean spirted. I had personally belongings broken,moved out and broken while I was at work. I tried to call the manager to address what was going on he hung up on me so I called hotels.com he screamed obscenities at their agents when they tried to help . I had to be relocated and the managers behavior made it difficult to do that. Hotels.com was very helpful with the whole process. I was on a work trip and the manager of the hotel made everything difficult. Very disappointed with this individual. Think twice before you book here.

I was given a ground floor room as requested. the room was large and furnishings as I like it, with a large desk and office chair. Enough closet space to hang clothes. Only disappointment is the opposite room had a small dog that kept barking until the owner returns in the evening. Manager is not able to do much of that, so I tolerated.

Greed runs this place. Filty stairways, you will smell drugs everywhere. Feeling of unsafe while staying here. Unless you are used to living in Ghettos.

It was nice and quiet absolutely peaceful the staff was nice and friendly and the place was clean as a whistle it was also pet friendly which was perfect cuz I brought my little buddy with me he's a service dog that I take everywhere and I love coming to places that are pet friendly the only grievances that I would have is that it's very far away from any stores or restaurants
