River Safety Disclaimer:
This property includes direct access to a natural river. By booking, guests acknowledge that use of the river and surrounding areas is at their own risk. The river may have unpredictable currents and conditions. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty. The property owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur in or around the river.

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $65 per pet, per stay fee.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest. If pet rules are not followed, any extra costs incurred will be at the cost of the guest. Please note: for non-Airbnb reservations, we have a security hold of $300 — if pet rules are not followed or there is damage to the property, we will capture the security hold to cover these costs.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times

*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including children and infants), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2.
*Please do not try to open locked doors on the property.
*The garage is not included in the rental.
* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check-in or check-out time.

We are always quick to respond to messages. We live 20 minutes away, so if the need arises we are generally able to take care of any issues during your stay.

The home is ideally situated in a tranquil, rural neighborhood in Oakhurst, offering a perfect blend of serenity and convenience. You`ll be close to the town center, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, and essential services. Despite being near amenities, the property is nestled in a peaceful area, beside a creek, providing a natural and relaxing environment. Explore attractions like Yosemite National Park, easily accessible from this location.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
* Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
* Parking for 1 vehicle is included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond 1 is $25 per night, arranged in advance (based on a availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of YOUR entire reservation.
* Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of YOUR entire reservation.
* We charge for INFANTS, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex.WiFi, water, electric, etc.
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
