"Lovely hotel , breakfast was excellent , very good restaurant too. Room was very comfortable. Love the possibility of borrowing boots to walk around the park close by. Staff very helpful and kind, specially at the restaurant . "

"Terrible check in experience. Seemed as through they were extremely understaffed. Lifts were down, making it difficult to bring suitcases into the rooms. Available staff did the best they could. Overall room was clean, grounds were well maintained and breakfast was great."

"Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"Excellent hotel, very comfortable bed, lovely linen & towels. Everything you needed in the room. The staff have to be commended, the 2 ladies on both reception, bar and restaurant were exceptional couldn’t have done enough for you. Food in restaurant we would highly recommend. Breakfast very good, so organised. Thankyou for a lovely dtay we will definitely be back if in the area."
