The harbor view is off a fire escape, quirky and fun; ferries run every 15 minutes and sometimes you get a larger ship. There is a Salvation Army nearby; I'll leave it at that. Great location as a hub for things to do in and around Halifax. "

"The apartment was generally clean and tidy, with the amenities as advertised. There were a few issues, which were addressed promptly and graciously by the owner - this was appreciated. We found the owner to be a genuine and accommodating person. Since we were there for 5 nights, the only thing we felt that was missing from this place were drawers for storage of our clothes. Otherwise a very quaint and quiet place to stay. "

"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
